We can install anything from an extra socket for a computer to a three phase machine in a factory.
At your first point of contact, your initial phone call, we can talk through your plans and can often give you a rough price. For all but the smallest of jobs a site visit will be arranged to advise and design your installation. For house rewires we can ‘walk the job’ with you, going from room to room advising on positions of light switches, extra sockets for TV/Satellite/cable/dvd and all the equipment that you use that wasn’t available when the house was first built. A modern kitchen needs plenty of sockets. There are still plenty of properties in London built and wired before most people had a refrigerator!
Once you are happy with the design we can give you a price.
Once we have been through the design with you we can advise on scheduling. If the wiring is being done as part of a general refurb we can advise on the order of works. There is no point getting the carpet laid before the wires are under the floor! We are used to working with and around other trades and will strive to make the job run happily and smoothly.
At the end of the job you will be presented with an Installation Certificate. We will notify the planning department of notifiable works ensuring that you conform to Part P of the building regulations.
